2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354B/509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have attempted to molest daughter of the informant. The aforesaid fact has also been supported by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The informant has also filed a petition wherein she has stated that this petitioner is putting pressure upon her to compromise the case. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation, conduct of the petitioner
