2. A Report No. 409 dated 27.02.2025 issued by the Health Department, Bihar, Patna is on record provided by learned APP according to which the Lok Nayak Jaiprakash
2/4 Narayan Hospital, Rajbanshi Nagar has been provided Rs. 3,57,000/- for the treatment of the victim, Manohar Kumar @ Bablu Yadav.

Mrs. Kumari Anupam, learned counsel for the informant submits that pursuant to the direction issued on 20.02.2025, the victim appeared before the said hospital, the primary steps have been taken by the authorities and an information has been given that he will be telephonically informed regarding the day/time when the further process shall be taken in the matter.
4. In that background, let the matter come up after six weeks' i.e. on 11.04.2025 under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' when further report shall be provided on the point whether the treatment process stands concluded or not.
On the point of bail of the petitioners
5. Heard the parties.
6. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 799 of 2023 for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 16.11.2023 by the informant, Rajendra Prasad Yadav.
7. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged
3/4 that when Bablu Yadav was irrigating the field, the aforesaid accused persons who were armed variously came, they caught hold of him and firstly Dani Yadav chopped his right hand off whereafter Manish Yadav ensured that his left hand is also detached from the body. The accuseds later went away with the amputated hands of Bablu Yadav.
8. Earlier, the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Bihar was directed to submit a report on the treatment that has been extended to the injured, whose both hands have been amputated by the accused, by the State Government. The details have already been recorded above.
9. In this case, a report has also come from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura dated 24.01.2025 according to which, all the charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined and the case was fixed for statement of the accused person under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C.
10. In that background, it would be appropriate that the learned Trial Court takes the proceeding to its logical conclusion in next four months. It is further expected from the accused shall co-operate in the trial so that the same is concluded in next four months.
11. Accordingly, both the bail applications stand
