2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 26.08.2025 at around 09:00 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and five unknown persons surrounded younger brother of informant & his friend and thereafter, assaulted them and also snatched Rs. 6,000/- from the pocket and a gold chain from informant's brother and also snatched a gold locket from his friend, Ujjwal Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29419 of 2026(3) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Injuries are simple in nature. Rest of the allegation is ornamental only with a view to make the case grave. As a matter of fact, petitioners and brother of informant are students of same school and due to dispute over place of sitting, simple maarpeet took place between them.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna city, Patna in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 316/2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
