Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/153 (A), 353 (A), 295 (A), 332/327/337/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. No one has sustained any injury. Further similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders contained in Annexure-3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
