This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai in Maintenance Case No. 169 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to live with his wife and for this he had filed an application before the family court and tried for settlement. The Maintenance amount of Rs. 10,000/- is much less than 1/3rd of the salary of the petitioner and this Court will not interfere in the impugned order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30520 of 2023(2) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 The petitioner prays that he wants to settle the dispute but this Court is not going to settle the private dispute in quashing jurisdiction.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
