The appellant has challenged the judgment of acquittal dated 08.08.2017 passed in Sessions Trial No. 125 of 2003 by the Presiding Officer, F.T.C.-I, Bhojpur at Ara but from perusal of impugned judgment we find that there is no scope to

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this criminal appeal stands dismissed on admission stage itself. Accordingly, I.A. No. 195 of 2018, too, dismissed along with this appeal.
