The petitioner seeks setting aside of memo dated 7.11.2014 in so far as it relates to the petitioner. Under the said communication the services of the persons who were working as Orderly/Night Guards in the Computer Room on contractual basis has been brought to an end.

It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that some other persons have been allowed to work on temporary basis under a subsequent notification dated 12.1.2015. Merely because some other persons have subsequently been allowed to work the petitioner cannot claim indefeasible right that he should be reinstated and continued.

The services which has been brought to and end was contractual and on the basis of honorarium. No constitutional or statutory right of the petitioner is in issue in the instant proceeding. The writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
