The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 arising out of Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 06.03.2020.
