Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.467 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 27(A) of the NDPS Act. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 18.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5952 of 2021 by this Court.

Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner for grant of bail, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
