JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 In compliance of this Court's order dated 13.03.2019, the Managing Director, Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank is personally present. A show cause reply has been filed on his behalf. It has been stated that this Court's order has since been complied with.

A cheque worth Rs. 3,19,438/- has been produced before this Court for payment to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled for more amount than what is being paid through the cheque, which is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The said grievance of the petitioner cannot be gone into in the present

In my opinion, no case of deliberate disobedience of this court's order is made out.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.
