The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 336 of 2014 registered under Sections 148, 149, 353, 341, 427, 323, 332, 333, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the nature of offence alleged in the FIR as also the reasons assigned for rejecting the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the co-accused, Vijay Sah @ Vijay Kumar Sah vide order dated 8.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25183 of 2015 whose case is identically situated to that of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438
