Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of the case, Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act has been added and the case has been transferred in the court of Special Judge, Vigilance-I, Patna. Therefore, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application before the court concerned.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
