Petitioner claims that he had applied for loan under the special scheme, namely, Poultry Venture Capital Fund (Subsidy) before the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Begusarai, i.e., respondent no.3, who has forwarded his letter to the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Gaura Branch, District Begusarai, i.e., respondent no.8 vide a forwarding letter dated 15.01.2015 as contained in Annexure-2. Patna High Court CWJC No.3796 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 has not received anything from the part of the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Gaura Branch, District Begusarai, i.e., respondent no.8.
In the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Gaura Branch, District Begusarai to check up whether the said letter has been received from the District Animal Husbandry Officer or not. If the same has been received, then let him take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law, as early as possible.
