In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 for offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

As per allegation, the police has recovered huge quantity of country made liquor behind the cattle shed below the earth. When the policy reached there, the petitioner fled away. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Pramod Yadav @ Pramod Kr. Yadav is rejected.
