The petitioner seeks bail in Nagar Bettiah P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was intercepted with Motorcycle bearing registration No.BR22AA-3824. On demand, he could not produce paper of aforesaid Motorcycle. In the written report it is mentioned that petitioner told before the Police that aforesaid Motorcycle was given to him by Bablu Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid Motorcycle belongs to Bablu Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28314 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nagar Bettiah P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
