Patna High Court MJC No.1496 of 2013 dt.15-03-2017 2/2 dated 11.07.2012 (Annexure 'C' to the Counter Affidavit), the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner even though beyond the period of two weeks, as directed by the Writ Court.

2. Keeping in view the compliance made by the respondents, no further action is required to be taken in contempt proceedings. In case, further grievance of the petitioner is still subsisting that the representation has been wrongly rejected, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No case is made out for initiating contempt proceedings.
