The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014/ G.R. No. 1419 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 435 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the similarly situated accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26931 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 14813 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-2. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.138 of 2014/ G.R. No.1419 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
