JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the private respondent.

In the present case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that though her name was at serial No.1 in the merit list the respondent No.7, who is at serial No.2, has been appointed as Anganbari Sevika and raising grievance she filed applications dated 18.10.2012 and 8.11.2012 before the District Magistrate, Araria.

In the matter of Anganbari Sevika, the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.2620 of 2013 (7) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 Magistrate is the competent authority to examine the grievance of the person and take a decision in accordance with law. There is no objection from the learned counsel for the private respondent as well as from the learned counsel for the State that the District Magistrate be asked to look into the grievance of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Araria, is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with the law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
