No.12259 of 2012, which is under contempt, the petitioner has been directed to join as a Panchayat Teacher at Upgraded Middle School, Babhaniyaon (Chand) and, accordingly, the petitioner has also joined in the School, which would appear from Annexures-'E' and 'F' to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the answering opposite

2. Since the order under contempt has been complied with, in my opinion, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite parties. Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of.
