JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2015 --------- Sri Manish Kumar, learned AC to GP-XXVIII, appearing on behalf of the State, submits that in compliance of the order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua, dated 22.06.2011 in Appeal No.72A of 2011filed by the petitioner and this Court dated 19.07.2012 in C.W.J.C. No.12259 of 2012, which is under contempt, the petitioner has been directed to join as a Panchayat Teacher at Upgraded Middle School, Babhaniyaon (Chand) and, accordingly, the petitioner has also joined in the School, which would appear from Annexures-'E' and 'F' to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the answering opposite

2. Since the order under contempt has been complied with, in my opinion, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite parties. Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of.
