The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Thirty-four liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.03.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27180 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
