The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018 registered under Sections 341/323/337/338/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that no firearm injury is found in the instant case.

No.29931 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
