Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Spl. 6 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape against a minor girl.

In the past prayer for bail was refused vide order at Annexure-1 with direction to the learned Trial Judge to expedite and conclude the trial.

The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that charges were framed on 26.02.2020, however, no prosecution witness has turned up till report dated 11.11.2020.
