2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 730 of 2024 for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 61(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. lodged on 20.09.2024 by the informant, Bajrangi Thakur.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that in the evening, this petitioner and other accused persons called the informant's son and later, he was found dead with injury marks near Manokamna Mandir, this led to the FIR.

4. Subsequently the investigation took place, the petitioner was picked up, he narrated the entire story that all of them had brown sugar together. Later, the deceased started abusing them with choicest abuses. As despite protest, he continued his abuse, infuriated, this petitioner chose to hit him

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30509 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 continuously till he died. Later taking away his mobile, he narrated the incident to his family members and escaped to his in laws house from where the police picked him up.

5. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court the innocence, the narration clearly points finger towards the petitioner, learned APP also opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In that background, the bail application is rejected.

7. The Trial Court is directed to take the trial to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
