JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 28-02-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that police after investigation submitted Final Form in this case as untrue. The Court below has, however, taken cognizance against the petitioner by order dated 17.07.2017 for the offence under Section(s) 354-B Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, which will be apparent from the impugned order.

In view of such, fourth para of the order dated 24.01.2018, by which this application has been disposed off, is modified to the extent that final form has been submitted by the police as case not true, but cognizance has been taken by the learned Court below on the basis of materials available in the case diary.
