Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.51 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 354(D), 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is a student. Allegation against this petitioner is that he has caught hold the hands of the sister of the informant with bad motive.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 29272 of 2020(2) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.57 of 2020 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.51 of 2020 with condition that one of the bailors should father of the petitioner.
