2. This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the state respondents to arrest the accused persons who have been made accused in connection with Bhore P.S.

Case No.50/2024 dated 25.02.2024 under sections 304-11/201/34 of LPC with respect to murder of daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.866 of 2024(3) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 Informant/Petitioner.

(ii) To direct the respondents to arrest the accused person named in the F.I.R. who have not arrested by the police as yet and moving freely taking law into their own hand threatening in informant/petitioner with the dire consequences.

(iii) To direct the Investigating Officer of Bhore P.S. Case No.50/2024 to investigate the said case thoroughly and properly without unnecessary delay and conclude the same with logical end with submission of Final Form/Final Report.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 19.06.2025, the SHO of Bhore Police Station, Gopalganj and the I.O. of the case have appeared. They have submitted that the investigation is almost complete and is pending for direction of the superior officer on the point of arrest.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the police to conclude the investigation at the earliest.

5. The personal appearance of the officers is dispensed with.
