2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 730/204 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(1) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty that the petitioner will file regular bail before the learned District Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
