2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and therefore he should be granted bail as there is no material available on record. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has an antecedent of another case under Section 392 I.P.C.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
