====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 333, 353, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 29.05.2024 at about 2:45 PM, informant along with police team reached the spot where two persons, namely Shambhu Yadav and Manoj Yadav, were apprehended as being involved in celebratory firing. It is alleged that thereafter, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including this petitioner, started pelting stones and abused the police personnel and taking advantage of the situation, both the apprehended persons and this petitioner ran away from the police custody.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28695 of 2025(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
