Petitioner is accused in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is 63 years old person. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
