The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehandia P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 368 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a Complaint Case No. 51/2016 and alleged that the petitioners kidnapped her father with intention to get the land transferred in their name. Although, mental condition of his father was not good.

It is submitted that the father of the informant was moving here and there and he had voluntarily transferred the land in favour of wife of Sunil Kumar, petitioner no. 1.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29988 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 It appears that the dispute is of civil nature and the father of the informant has surfaced.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
