The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the same was purchased by the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.02.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27208 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.49 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
