Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.244 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26234 of 2020 with a direction to the learned trial court to conduct the trial expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29045 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 present case almost all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on getting information that almost all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, this Court is disposing off this application with a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. This application stands disposed of accordingly. The certified copy of the order will be made available only after removal of the defects.
