JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondents to give the benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme to the petitioners on the basis of provisional gradation list issued vide Memo No. 3747 dated 20.10.2014 under the signature of Respondent No. 6 and further direct the respondents to give promotion to the petitioners in the light of the government circular no. 15784 dated 26.8.1972 and further direct the respondents to pay all the benefits from the due date to the petitioners and further grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Principal Secretary, Environment and Forest Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid
4/4 grievances.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners, before the respondent no.2, within a period of six weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter, considering the Government Resolution dated 27.05.2013, issued under the pen and signature of Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, which shall also be annexed to the representation as also considering any other Government decision to be enclosed by the petitioners.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
