Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saharsa Dadar P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against one Ajit Bhagat. The present case has been filed as a counter blast of the earlier case filed by this petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
