Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(a) of Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within
