Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33310 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 Pakribarwan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 153, 153(A), 295, 295(A) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 17.2.2018 and 16.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7633 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.1900 of 2018. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
