The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of furnishing a fake mark-sheet for obtaining appointment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and she has committed no offence as alleged in F.I.R. It has also been mentioned that she has been removed from her post vide Memo No.- 49, dated 08.01.2022A which is annexed as Annexure 5 of the application. A statement has been made in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31017 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
