The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one loaded country made pistol with one live cartridges was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly nine months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
