The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 412 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

On perusal of Report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, it appears that both the parties have settled their dispute as one time settlement and both the parties have also decided to withdraw all the cases filed against each other. They have no grievance against each other.

Having considered the above facts and

No.51515 of 2016 (5) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 412 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
