JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be availing of the remedy of review by way of memorial provided under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a memorial within a period of four weeks from today. In the event, the same is done respondent authorities should consider the same on merits without raising the issue of delay in filing the memorial.

It is expected that the review application/memorial would be disposed of by the respondent authorities
