Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 686 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He was appointed on the post of Sweeper on compassionate ground after the death of his father. It is further submitted that no educational qualification is required for the post of Sweeper and as such there was no occasion for the petitioner to file any educational certificate. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
