The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 620 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that this is a case of purely civil in nature. It is also submitted that it would appear from Annextures A and B to the supplementary affidavit that after investigation, the Police has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sukrahna at Dhaka in connection with Complaint Case No. 60 pf 2014 Tr. No. 7283 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
