The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs.1,00,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Haribol Mandal and the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Naugachia (Bhagalpur) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 44 of 2021 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
