The petitioner wanted direction to the respondent to release the sanction/approved amount for construction of raod/lane under 'Mukhya Mantri Gramin Gali-Nali Pakkikaran Nischay Yojna' as also 'Mukhya Mantri Gramin Paiy Jal Nischay Yojna' relating to certain wards under Gram Panchayat, Paschmi Madhubani within East Champaran, Motihari. Learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly submit that with the passage of time, lots of water has flown down the ganges and so far as the 'Mukhya Mantri Gramin Paiy Jal Nischay Yojna' is concerned, the arrears have been released. He further submits that since the subsequent election, some of the petitioners have lost there and no longer remain representative, they intend to move before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for the redressal of the grievance.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that if the petitioners represent with all the supporting documents before the Respondent No. 2, the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari within four weeks from today, he shall take up the matter and decide the same within the next three months.
