2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No. 462 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the petitioner is involved in illegal selling of pistol, revolver and live cartridges. One automatic revolver of six round, five live cartridges of point WLKF and four cartridges of point 325 WSKF was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Having considered the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as past criminal history of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

The learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
