Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No.39 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33408 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S.
