2. In view of the decision rendered in CWJC No.7918 of 2013, CWJC No.9755 of 2013 and CWJC No.3418 of 2015, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. The respondent-Society is not State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate Forum.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
