Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 307, 329, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not concerned with the alleged occurrence. He is only alleged to be a member of the mob. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ajit Yadav.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33454 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- Vth, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
