The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 39(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
